In an emergency, push the button on your pendant to connect to an operator. Help is Available.

Speak to an operator instantly

Our highly trained EMT- Certified operators will assist you, and stay on the line with you until help arrives.

Help is immediately sent

Help is dispatched (ambulance will only be sent if needed) and loved ones are contacted if necessary. If you need help, push the large button on the pendant. This will send a signal to MediPendant’s® emergency response center that help is needed. An EMT-trained professional from MediPendant’s® emergency response team will communicate with you through the two-way voice feature right in the pendant, and make sure that you get the help you need without delay. Your emergency contacts will be notified. If you press your MediPendant® button, but you cannot speak, MediPendant’s® emergency response team will send help immediately - whether it is an ambulance, family member, friend, or neighbor. Plus, they will stay on the line with you until help arrives.
